Thea Rossi, Principal / Creative Director
Thea is an experienced Art/Design Director and Information Architect. She creates and maintains visual systems, keeps current with design software and technology, and maintains both internal and client relationships.
Prior to founding Dot & Smudge LLC, Thea was an Art Director at Funny Garbage, producing large-scale interactive experiences. Previously, she was an Art Director at Inc Design, working with Fortune 500 companies and other corporate clients on annual reports, advertisements, print materials, and Web sites.
Thea studied graphic design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst, Basel, Switzerland, and graduated with a BFA from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in Manhattan. At Cooper, she concentrated in graphic arts, video, and animation. In Basel she studied typography and structure with the masters, including Wolfgang Weingart.

Jason Punzalan, Technology
Jason is a well rounded technical lead, systems architect, and senior developer of web applications with over 10 years experience specializing in delivering UX driven projects based on agile methodologies, leveraging OOP methodologies in numerous languages.
Jason has a background in computer science, and like other open source developers, he enjoys pushing the envelope with technologies, and looking for new and creative ways to solve problems. In addition to working with PHP, Javascript, Java, Jason has become a voice in the Ruby On Rails community.
Anthony Bovasso, Technology
Anthony is a Webby Award–Winning Technology Lead with more than a decade of experience working with a wide variety of clients including Turner Networks, Smithsonian Institution, Wenner Publishing, Warner Bros. and the NHL. His background is in Writing and Journalism, but he became passionate about design and programming during the .COM surge.
Anthony is a member of the Drupal community, and has extensive experience building large-scale high profile websites.
Oscar Henriquez, Creative
Oscar Henriquez is a graphic designer and visual artist living and working in London. He is a graduate of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art where he received a BFA from The School of Art. He is interested in the intersection of video, photography and his main passion: graphic design. Professionally, Oscar has worked in the fields of publishing, advertising and academics, working for his alma mater in New York City. He is currently part of the London-based multimedia design studio Rebels in Control.
